  • Make To-Do Lists: Each night, jot down the tasks you want to accomplish the next day. This helps clear your mind before bed and ensures you wake up focused and prepared.
  • Prep Ahead: Whether it's pre-cooking meals, wrapping gifts early, or organizing outfits for holiday parties, prepping ahead can save time and reduce last-minute rushing.
