Ingredients:

  • Fresh fruits of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, mango, etc.)
  • 1 ripe avocado (for added creaminess)
  • A splash of water or juice (optional for blending)

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Fruit: Wash and chop the fresh fruits. You can use a single type of fruit or mix different ones for a colorful and flavorful popsicle.
  • Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the chopped fruits and the ripe avocado. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water or juice to help with blending.
  • Fill the Molds: Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them up to the top.
  • Insert Sticks and Freeze: Place the sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy your homemade, healthy treat!
